Emerging Artists

Opera for Peace gives young artists access to the highest training available through coaching, exchanges, masterclasses, residencies and international artistic projects. In order to develop this mission we have inaugurated a new program called “Opera for Peace Emerging Artists“ comprised of 12 graduates from around the world that represent some of the brightest young talent in our industry. We provide them with exceptional personalized one-on-one mentorship from our Ambassadors and Advisors, special performance opportunities in collaboration with our partners, and much more:


Raehann Bryce-Davis, mezzo-soprano (Graduate of Manhattan School of Music); 


Clelia Cafiero, conductor (Graduate of Conservatorio di Milano); 


Alec Carlson, tenor (Alum of Lyric Opera of Chicago ~ Ryan Opera Center); 


William Guanbo Su, bass (Houston Grand Opera Studio); 


Marie Jacquot, conductor (Graduate of Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst, Vienna);


Victoria Karkacheva, mezzo-soprano / Andrei Kymach, baritone (Alum of the Bolshoi Theatre Young Artist Program, Moscow); 


Gabriella Reyes, soprano / Meigui Zhang, soprano (Alum of Lindemann Artist Program ~ The Metropolitan Opera); 


Leonardo Sanchez, tenor (Alum of the Opernhaus Zürich International Opera Studio); 


Chuma Sijeqa, bass-baritone (Alum of the Royal Opera House ~ Jette Parker Program and currently at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London);
